Our Unique Technique
Area rug cleaning requires unique techniques compared to cleaning installed carpet for many reasons. The most obvious reason is that area rugs are free floating on the floor. Most people place them on top of hardwood or tile floors.

When steam cleaning, we clean the whole rug, all the way to the edges and fringe, using various methods to protect the floor below, whether it is the wood that the moisture can damage, or the grout lines that can absorb the color of the area rug.

We have spent many years perfecting our area rug cleaning techniques. At our facility, we begin by dusting both sides of the area rug, to remove any loose dust, dirt, or grime. This will better facilitate the area rug cleaning. We then pressure wash both the front and back of the area rug with a special product that not only cleans the fibers but also restores them.

Once the area rug has been dusted, scrubbed, and pressure washed, it is then pressed using our innovative washing machine, which has been designed specially to lie flat and clean area rugs. Per your request, the area rug can also be treated with various products such as carpet protectant or sealer, moth protection, deodorizer, and much, much more.

After the cleaning, we brush the area rug before placing it in a well-ventilated drying room, where it rests for a few days to dry. We then return it to you, and, as a bonus, we never charge for pickup or delivery.
